Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 Ağustos 2026

These terms govern the relationship between you and Postju when you use Postju. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1.What the service does

Postju lets you write content once and publish it to the social media accounts you have connected, either immediately or at a scheduled time. We deliver your posts to those platforms on your instruction and on your behalf.

The service is provided as is and may change over time; features may be added, altered, or removed.

2.Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Signing in uses a one-time link sent to your email. Keeping that email account secure is your responsibility.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • You may not transfer your account to someone else or let others use it.

3.Your connected accounts and content

The content you write remains yours. The only permission you grant us is the one needed to provide the service: to store your content, deliver it to the platforms you select, and display it back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content.

By connecting a social media account, you confirm that you are authorised to publish on that account.

You are responsible for everything you publish

Content sent through Postju is published in your name, from your account. Ensuring it complies with the law, with third-party rights, and with the rules of the platform it appears on is your responsibility.

4.Prohibited uses

You may not use the service to:

  • Publish unlawful, misleading, hateful, or harassing content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or generate artificial engagement.
  • Connect accounts you are not authorised to use, or post on someone else's behalf without permission.
  • Violate the terms of the platforms you publish to.
  • Probe, bypass, or reverse-engineer the security of the service, or place excessive load on it with automated tools.
  • Resell the service to others without our written permission.

5.Third-party platforms

Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar platforms are independent services. Their own terms apply when you use them.

  • A platform may change its rules, interfaces, or access conditions, in which case the related feature may stop working temporarily or permanently.
  • We are not responsible if a platform suspends your account, removes your post, or revokes our access.
  • Posting limits and rules imposed on you by a platform are outside our control.

6.Availability

We aim to keep the service running without interruption, but we do not guarantee it. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, or problems at third-party platforms may cause temporary outages.

Whether a scheduled post reaches a platform depends on that platform being reachable and your connection remaining valid. We do not guarantee that any given post will be published; failed attempts are retried and the outcome is shown in your dashboard.

7.Fees

The service is currently free. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will announce the change in advance and give existing users a reasonable transition period. You will never be moved onto a paid plan without your consent.

8.Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service — including lost profits, reputational harm, data loss, or posts that were not published or were published late.

This limitation does not affect liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9.Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deletion cannot be undone.

If we find that you have breached these terms, we may suspend or close your account. Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right; for serious breaches or where the law requires it, we may act without notice.

10.Intellectual property

The Postju name, logo, interface, and software belong to us. Your right to use the service is a personal, non-transferable licence that lasts as long as you comply with these terms. Rights in your own content remain with you.

11.Changes

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
